Jack and Rob

Hand-hammered aluminum armatures with hammered quotes from selected works by Jack Kerouac and Robert Persig, suspend two used motorcycle helmets embellished with gold-leaf stars. The piece is illuminated by 1,200 LEDs on copper wire with four, clear shrink-wrapped converters, red rayon wrapped vintage style wiring.
The ceiling medallion and wall mounted wire guides are TIG welded, used steel motorcycle parts.
